Manual application of paints

Application of paints is located in a hall with an area of about 840 m2. The application is operated manually, while the system uses the principle of air supply by means of adjustable ceiling nozzles, with VOC reduction in the application process by a system of rotary zeolite concentrator (RC) and regenerative thermal oxidation (RTO). The number of application sections is 12 with a divided suction system in the floor. The maximum size of the workplace of one section is 3.9 x 18.0 m, the capacity of the facility is 100,000 m2 of coatings / year.
